A STEM Lesson in Mechanical Engineering/Robotics, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Learn about the world of mechanical engineering by building a mechanical robotic hand with common household materials. This activity will challenge students to think critically and solve design problems during the building process. They will not only learn, understand and be able to apply basic engineering concepts and principles. Students will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their determination, persistence, and patience while resolving project challenges—much like in real life!
