Shipping and Delivery

Currently, Brennan Innovators, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, Brennan Innovators, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy for Physical Products

Customers and clients may return a physical product within 30 calendar days of its dated purchase to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same, brand-new condition as received and undamaged in any way.

After an item is returned, Brennan Innovators, LLC professionals will inspect it and process a refund if appropriate. The refund amount will be paid via the original payment method used by the customer during the purchase OR via an issued check from the company sent by regular mail. For credit card payments, please know that it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on a credit card statement. If the returned product is damaged in any way or is returned after 30 calendar days have passed, the returned item will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Policy for Digital Products
